Rehoboth Community TV (RCTV) is your local access television station for public, educational and government programming for Rehoboth. The stations are comprised of three different channels broadcast on Comcast cable television, Channel 9 (Government Access), Channel 15 (Educational Access), and Channel 98 (Public Access).
